About Homeowner Income

Homeowner Income is based in Scottsdale, AZ. We started the company to find a solution for our parents to earn extra retirement income while staying in their own home. We found that many other homeowners have excess square footage in their home that can be converted to a rental unit while maintaining complete privacy from the tenant. Our goal is to provide homeowners with a one-stop-shop from design to property management so that more homeowners can realize the passive income hidden in their existing property.
